Texas Impound Services VSF Employee Calls Federal Judge a “Wetback”

Last night, a Federal Judge  was attempting to pay for his vehicle towed from an apartment complex (illegal tow sign posted) where his daughter lives while attending college. While at Texas Impound Service, a female who refused to display her VSF Employee License repeatedly called the Judge a wetback and other racial slurs due to his last name and home address in El Paso. The Judge was quite pissed and even called the Police, who told him to complain to the State. The El Paso Police Department condones organized criminal activity by tow companies, vehicle storage facilities and parking facility owners.

This tow company needs to be set in their place soon as the public is being ripped off and are being verbally abused by the owner’s son to the point some female vehicle owners leave in tears.  I have received 328 complaint calls since June 1st on the conduct of Texas Impound Services LLC that were towed from a Denton address.

The vulgarity and criminal conduct of the employees working this storage facility and tow company are arrestable offenses. Why the Denton Police Department has done very little if any to file criminal charges for the actions of Mike Phillips, the owner of Texas Impound Services llc is beyond anyone’s imagination.

Several Denton PD patrol officers have stated it’s a low level criminal charge and time consuming to investigate even the offense being charged as a Class B or State Jail felony.  But they have plenty of time to arrest three college students pissing outside their vehicle while passing through town, public urinating – exposure Class B and since all three of them were seen together outside the vehicle zipping up their pants, all were charged with engaging in organized criminal a State Jail felony with no chance of parole.

Instead of Texas Impound Services being an ambassador to Denton, this company is total assholes, give Denton a serious black eye and is a reason for businesses seeking to have their conventions elsewhere..

The Texas Department of Licensing & Regulations now has valid complaints they are investigating for Texas Impound Services LLC and when the fine is issued, they should be given the status of “performing towing operations without honest, integrity and trustworthiness”…

The public is encouraged to use reasonable force to prevent this company from towing their vehicles from parking lots with tow signs posted that state “Towing Enforced At All Times” in the red background beneath the tow symbol, as they are stealing your vehicle.

The State of Texas and law enforcement agencies have already notified Texas Impound Services and On The Road Again, their tow signs are illegal, but they continue to tow vehicles and charge drop fees in violation of the law without probable cause because the public is ignorant to the regulations they must abide by.

Every single vehicle both of these tow companies tows from parking lots are a criminal offense and had this same behavior taken place in Nacogdoches, Texas, home to Stephen F Austin University, their drivers would be stopped, arrested, their tow trucks impounded and charged with felony theft – dollar value of the vehicle..

If one of these company’s driver attempts to tow my vehicle with illegal tow signs posted, they will be met with enough force to stop the theft.
