G&G Impounding

Rather or not APD Wrecker Detective Atkinson cites this company for these violations is beyond anyone’s imagination, since he refuses to uphold State Law reference 2308.301 and 302 with regards to added or missing statutory text and verbiage on the tow signs.

The tow sign bearing this company’s name does not comply with State Law as it lacks the hours and days towing is enforced, Occupation Code 2308.302.

We filed a TDLR complaints against G&G’s Vehicle Storage Facility license for not having the required signage required with regards to lettering size, grass covered storage facility area inside fence and their tow company license for knowingly submitting false information on both license applications.

In the TDLR complaint that has been filed, the following is the contents of the complaint:

This license has false information, as the physical address submitted is 827 W FM 1626 AUSTIN, TX. 78748, but according to the City of Austin 311, this address is not within the Austin City Limits, rather located within Hays County in Manchaca, Texas.

Even the tow signs provided to parking facilities vehicles have been towed from, since there are 7 vehicles inside their storage facility lack the hours and days towing is enforced. The tow sign attached in the email is posted at the Motel 6 on IH35 and St Johns.

Since the Ricardo Guerra, the President of G&G Impounding LLC answered Yes to Criminal History during new app process, submitting false information reference the city his business is located in, should be sufficient to indicate his criminal history contains fraud.

Anyone towed by this company from private property without your permission should without a doubt file the TDLR complaints,
