Everyone Towed by Creswell’s Wrecker Service Due Refunds

Creswell’s Wrecker Service in San Antonio seriously taking advantage of the public as their vehicle storage facility license has been expired since Nov 5, 2015 meaning every vehicle they towed from private property was illegally towed since all vehicles must be towed to a licensed vehicle storage facility per State Law.

Update: This company has since renewed their state license, but everyone is still owed monetary damages if towed or charged a drop fee between November 5th and November 22, 2015.

In case you were towed during this time period and paid out your vehicle at their storage facility, please file the TDLR complaint against their vehicle storage facility license here, and TDLR will order them to reimburse your money.

After speaking with the dispatcher earlier at Creswell’s, the owner has agreed to release everyone’s vehicle that has been towed since November 5, 2015 at no charge.

If towed or charged a drop fee by Creswell’s, please call the SAPD Vehicle Crimes Unit at 210-207-7435, ask for or email Detective Tony Arcuri to file criminal charges against the property manager who authorized your vehicle to be towed to an unlicensed vehicle storage facility which is a violation of State Law.
